nice review, the lowest 4 series I'd get is the 4830. the 4670 is barely capable of modern game playability anything else with the exception of some of the ATI titles leaves the 4650>lower to be a waste unless you don't intend to play any new games

A waste? Better performance with less power consumption when compared to alternatives like the 3450 etc.

It's good for small cases with bad power supplies.

i mean the value for what you get isn't a good range with those lower cards. 4830/50/70 are the best bang for buck.
