Its nice to see some real world tests, Frostytech shows this cooler doing quite a bit worse...
(they however use synthetic tests as you may know)

it beat a TRUE, very nice... Is the TRUE from the test using a push/pull config or just 1 fan?

oh then the TRUE may not truly have been trumped quite yet, even if the second fan only makes few degree or two of difference difference, it'd be all it would take to retake it's crownOnly 1 Thermaltake 12v fan

For 48 dollars, this thing can't be beat! However, I agree with Iviythos in that the TRUE could have probably won with a higher CFM setup

That thing reminds of the TT Big Typhoon, I have about 3 of them. They do pretty good if you do away with the push pins and bolt them down good and tight and put a bigger fan on them. I cant believe it beat a TRUE though it has less heat pipes, probably a difference in ambient, or as mentioned not enough air going through it...

I think we should have a review of the copper TRUE to see if it can out perform it's aluminum silver/black king. That would interest me greatly
