I need a t-ring adapter / eye piece combo so I can pull my old dusty Bausch telescope from the corner of the garage and get some astronomy photos to share with the kids. I mostly like star trails though. I have not done any photo's on my Orion Dob though it is on a wood mount and I cannot track the stars on it. I mostly use it to take video of the Moon and what not. They are solid metal parts. Sorry I just woke up and did not read that correctly.. They are specific for your camera. Opteka makes some for Nikon and Canon.
