Luciel Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 Thanks, my skills in every way have improved a lot since this project, but I still look back at it fondly as my first worklog : )

Waco Posted February 13, 2013 Posted February 13, 2013 I was digging it until I saw the water cooling. Not a fan of leaky messes? Other than that, I agree, it's a nice mod!
ccokeman Posted February 13, 2013 Posted February 13, 2013 I'm a big fan of all internal systems even though I had to put the 250mm reservoir for Reesas system on the back panel. Visible tubing is about 3 inches total.

Puck Posted February 13, 2013 Posted February 13, 2013 Looking good, but keep on eye on your NB temps. Painting heatsinks really kills their ability to dissipate heat. If its not heavily OC'd then you should be fine, just something to look out for. I'm a big fan of all internal systems even though I had to put the 250mm reservoir for Reesas system on the back panel. Visible tubing is about 3 inches total. Guess I better hide my case(well, chassis really - no panels). Top mounted external 360 sitting high on 3x 38mm fans with two tubes running down the back, and then a super thick Airplex 280mm stuck to the front...and no side, so you can see the ton of tubing. If I could fit another on the back I would lol! Oh, and don't forget the nest of wires from the dual PSU's with the HD laying between them cuz the pump is mounted in the HD cage .
