  1. If you really want to go 1440p, you can try Dell's UltraSharp series. They're one of the best there in the market. http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&sku=225-4015&redirect=1 However, if you play a lot of FPS (esp COD multiplayer, CS:GO, BF4 online etc) then you're better off with a 120/144 Hz 1080p display, as it will greatly reduce motion blur. Asus' VG248QE is undoubtedly the best gaming monitor out there, so give it a shot IMO. http://www.asus.com/Monitors_Projectors/VG248QE/
