Building a new rig for a friend

I dont have any objections necessarily, but even in this price range Intel is still the way to go in my opinion.

 

 

Also its now looking like he may more than the original $900 to do the build.

I might be looking at ~1200+ or so to build him a complete system, including mouse/KB but not including monitor.

Why not keep the mouse/KB and get better components yet OR sell the monitor and use the money to get a nice 27"+ 2560x####+ resolution monitor!

He needs new peripherals and what monitor?

sell your computer and than upgrade :)
