Had one of these and returned it pretty quick. It increased my temperatures due to the base being convex (not flat) so the bit that touched my CPU worked? and the rest did not. Even when tightened to the max it was still possible to turn it from side to side. Checking it with a steel rule i was able to see a gap in both directions. The mounting system for the fans(rubber band) is a real mess too. Would not recommend, based on personal experience.

Go for the Noctua. Will easily beat the Havik. I had one of them and my temperatures INCREASED as the base was not flat. Fitting the "Rubber" bands to hold the fans on while in the case is also a disaster. Many of the reviewers seem to have test benches and so have no "real world" problems with installations. Would Not recommend this.
