They dropped way too frequently in D2, IMO...though usually the crappier ones nobody used. I've only gotten one unique in the many hours I've put into PoE so far. Now that I know he is talking about the RAREST of the rares I agee with you about it "Uniques shouldn't be frequent, thus the name."...
