  1. Oh no, I know you can switch the destination of the downloads. I was referring to browser itself as a program trying to install it on a drive other than your main OS drive is a pain.
  2. Do the folders need specific names like program files, program files x86, music etc? Or do I just name them however I want them organized? I wanted Chrome on my other drive but apparently you can't set the download location with Chrome so it defaults to C drive. (there is a way but just seemed like a lot of trouble and having to manually update etc.)
  3. 'll ask this as simple as possible by laying out the scenario. Have 2 ssds. ssd 1 (C drive) All I want on this drive is Win7, Office and the files associated with them (ie: Windows Files and My Documents save location for office) Oh and I have Anti Virus on here as well (Avast) ssd 2 (G drive) I want basically everything else on this drive. (Games, Music, Downloads, Browser etc) I am to the point where I have finished my Windows updates, installed Office and Anti Virus and I want to start downloading my games now. I should have no reason for adding anything to C-Drive unless my G-Drive fills up. I would like for my G-Drive to be my default drive now. What is the best way to do this?
  4. Well its not the mother board!!!!! Usjeisbrisbdjj Rageeee. Went to compusa/tigerdirect and got a new mobo and that wasn't the problem because its doing the same thing!!! Their tech guy said its either mobo or the ram...but then went as far as saying it could be the CPU!
  5. Scratch the best buy they have no mobos in store. And I think I just exploded the tech guys head.
  6. Might try with an 880 am3 board because they have onboard video and that might help in the long run trouble shooting.
  7. Most of my friends run Intel so I guess I'm just going to have to hope for the best. I might ask someone at best buy just for crap and giggles if they have heard of the problem. I wish I had spare parts laying around.
  8. Will best buy care if I use a mobo and return it? Which I might not even do I might rma my board and sell the replacement when it gets back. I don't need anything special just something to work till next rebuild. Which will prolly be 6months for ivy/ ati 7000 or nvida alternative.
  9. Hum I guess I could go to best buy or compusa and buy one if they have a good deal. If not return it after I warrentee the gigabyte.
  10. Last I checked the other one worked. I don't have another Psu to try :/
  11. The problem is I don't know what died to fix or replace
  12. Yah I tried all of the cable before and after taking it apart. Same problem before and after. System spec are on page one. This is so frustrating because it happened out of the blue. Wasn't switching or tweaking anything just doing my normal daily gaming.
  13. Ok took out the battery then replaced it and no change. There is also a "clr cmos" button on the mobo that I tried pressing but didn't seem to do anything. Doing ram now.
  14. I just tries the other pci slot same problem. I get no screen. Just says no signal on my monitor.
