Braegnok Posted January 5, 2015 Posted January 5, 2015 (edited) I'm thinking about using the Phanteks Enthoo Mini XL Chassis for single Micro-ATX build,.. for the clearance at top mount radiator which specs show as 206mm (top of case to motherboard) if only using single MATX board and not dual boards,.. I want to go with a 63mm high 360 in push/pull but can not tell if top mount power supply will interfere,.. if top mount power supply is a clearance issue, I could go with dual 240's mounted in top/rear instead. Any suggestions or thoughts about Radiator configurations for this chassis,.. I'll be cooling CPU and dual GPU's and I already have an Aquacomputer Airplex 360mm from old build just setting on the shelf and would like to use it, instead of buying a pair of 240's. http://phanteks.com/#&panel1-1&panel2-1 http://phanteks.com/Enthoo-MiniXL.html Edited January 5, 2015 by Braegnok
ir_cow Posted January 5, 2015 Posted January 5, 2015 I wish I could help but I haven't used that chassis yet . Phanteks makes nice things so it's not a bad choice
Braegnok Posted January 5, 2015 Posted January 5, 2015 Thanks,.. hopefully you will get one in for review after CES,.. I spoke to Phanteks rep today, he says an 80mm 360 rad in push pull will fit in top running single MATX in bottom,.. so guess my 63mm will work. From the specs sheet it looks like almost the sky is the limit. Looks like a 240 and 360 could go depending on the mobo you use! Braegnok Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 Think I'm doing full ATX mobo,.. going to drill and tap new stand-offs for Asus X99 WS, mod rear panel for IO.

Braegnok Posted January 19, 2015 Posted January 19, 2015 (edited) While I received the Mini XL chassis Friday,.. and quickly realized the full size ATX board is a no go,.. decided to upgrade my Gene micro board instead and swap cases, I'll need to order dust filters , hardware kit as someone snagged them from display.
