You might want to consider the router being used. Some of the older routers (or cheap ones) just are not up to the task. You might also check your torrent client settings and limit the number of connections that you have. Old cheap routers simply don't handle torrents well.

WotK is Wrath of the Lich King (sorry didn't get the L in) and the system board is a ECS GF8200A the video card is a Palit 9600gt 1gb Sonic Edition.

I have a ECS GF8200A and Phenom 9600 Black Edition cpu. I'm trying to figure what are the ideal setting for the system. I have 4gb of Corsair TWIN2X4096-6400C4DHX CL4 memory and a Palit GeForce 9600 GT 1GB Sonic edition. I have tried to OC it on the FSB with out changing the multiplier but I don't get far at all. I have a huge cooler on it that doesn't go over 80 degrees Fahrenheit under load (my office is typically 65). I feel it should be running better than it is. I'm just hitting the 20s in FPS at 1280x1024 in most outdoor settings in WotK and sometimes drops further. Has anyone here got experience OC'ing this board?

I was looking at the benches and it showed there that with hybrid active the score went down. Was this a case of mislabeling or is that actually the case?
