Hi Guys and Gals, I was wondering if someone could help me get my dual gcrads going. I got 2 bridge connectors i just dont know how they get connected. I have seen some pics of some dual cards using one bridge and i have seen others use 2. No instructions came with it =S. Thanks guys any help would be great

I am getting aggrivated so i thought i would post here for some help =D. I just bought a new MoBo. Processor, PSU, RAM and hd 2600xt video card. I had previously bought this video card to use with my old gear. I installed teh video card and i started up world of warcraft. I got a whole bunch of glitchy pixels and then the game would freeze until i closed it from hitting at f4. So i took the video card back to the store thinking i got a defected card. I got home with the newer one. I reinstalled the new card and started a new game, CnC Generals. It would not load because it said i did not have dirextx 8.1 or higher installed. I had directx 9.0c on there. I ran tests in dxdiag and everything went fine. .So in fear that maybe it messed up directx i reinstalled windows and all my games again. Went to WoW and same problem and also with CnC Generals the same problem. I then put back in my x1600 pro and reinstalled the drivers for it after uninstaling the previous driver. All the games worked fine. So i took the card back and replaced that one. I then went to the pc store and bought the new things listed above. I then put all of it together and reinstalled windows and teh games. I am still having the same problems as before. Please help. i want to play my games on my new card. well i have plenty of ventillation i have 1 5000 rpm case fan on my video card, 1 5000 rpm case fan on the hdd and i have 1 5000 rpm case fan blowing out of the case. im gonna go to the pc store today and pick up a power supply.. i think that is the problem. Thanks for your help =)

I have an Aspire 12v 520watt here are the stats Radeon 1600 crossfire pci-e ( NEW) MSI nep-p socket 775 ( NEW ) coolmaster watercooling unit 3.4ghz p4 2 512 kingmax pc3200 current hdd is a samsung sata now that u mention the psu,there was a storm about1 year ago and i had o replace my motherboard because it blew the agp slot out. it never crosssed my mind the psu went bad because it fired right up, just no video

Hey guys and gals, I have a question about hard drives. What types of factors can cause a hard drive to break. I have gone through 7 hard drives within a 1 year period. I have so far replaced the motherboard and also the video card. I have tried several types of HDDs and all seem to break ofter a couple months of operation. I dont do anything extreme to them, i just play video games and not that often. They all get the same problem. they start ticking and then the HDD gets slow and it starts to tick alot then it sometimes reboots and does it all over again. Please Help!!!!!!!

Western dugutals website has the fix for your problem, its a download and the only problem is, is that you have to reformat your hdd for the effects to take place. sux lol. hope i was some help
