IVIYTH0S Posted August 1, 2011 Posted August 1, 2011 Pretty nice performance, price is a bit steep though...the d14 is cheaper and better.
Boinker Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 Looks good. They still have not found the custom loop performance or the Noctuna D14's edge Though. I'm kind of suprised they have not beaten it yet but hey. Time will tell with the H100 on the way.
hierovision Posted August 3, 2011 Posted August 3, 2011 I'm getting one because a) it performs very well, b) it takes up less space around the CPU than air coolers, c) it's relatively quiet at medium and low settings while still delivering excellent performance, and d) it looks SWEET! Puck Posted August 5, 2011 Posted August 5, 2011 I'll probably get something like this for the rig I built for my GF. It's not overclocked, but something quieter then the stock HSF would be nice...plus she'd get a kick out of being watercooled. Cespenar Posted August 9, 2011 Posted August 9, 2011 Would you use one of these and take the CPU out of the SLI cooling loop? And have two pumps running?
iskout Posted August 9, 2011 Posted August 9, 2011 Would you use one of these and take the CPU out of the SLI cooling loop? And have two pumps running? Theoretically you could. Not very cost-friendly, though.
ccokeman Posted August 9, 2011 Posted August 9, 2011 If you already have a custom loop I would say not but there is no hard and fast rule as to why not.
