Nice review, but I'd like to point out a technical error. You write: "The Razer DeathAdder in an optical mouse, whereas the Diamondback 3G and Logitech G9 are infrared." The fact is that Diamondback 3G and DeathAdder are both based on the same optical infrared LED sensor. G9 is an optical LASER mouse. I guess the media introduced this confusion calling LED sensors OPTICAL and calling LASER laser. In fact, both LED and LASER are optical, but the technology is obviously different. To an average user not interested in the mice optical sensor technology, it suffice to say that the LED based sensors are still unsurpassed when it comes to extremely accurate tracking -- they are usually better performers in the FPS-type of games. LASER-based mice are slowly bridging the gap in that area and "skipping" less and less, while usually offering a very high DPI/CPI that has some great uses in RTS games and when dealing with huge screens running at an extremely high resolution. Anywho, the review is well done and this minor mistake doesn't take anything from it. BTW, this may be helpful if you know that as of now, there are only 2 Razer mice that use LASER: Copperhead and Lachesis. All other optical Razers are LED-based, including the newest Boomslang CE 2007.
