dr_bowtie Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 NO..!!!! the ESD bag puts the static from the inside to the outside...putting anything On the bag is a very bad idea....varnish or any clear and carry static...place teh board on the supplied FOAM pad and place that on the box the board came in... SpeedCrazy Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 If i remember correctly. It takes 10,000v of ESD for us to feel it, 18,000 to see it and 3,000 to destroy a computer component.
