  1. The case is an aerocool t40. I guess ill just go with a locked cpu. So far: PSU - XFX Pro 550W Core Edition RAM - Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 8GB DDR3 1866MHz ( CPU - Intel Core i5 4590 (3.3GHz) Socket 1150 MB - Motherboard Asus H97-Plus Or CPU - Intel Core i5 4690 (3.5GHz) Socket 1150 MB - Motherboard ASRock H97 Pro4 ) Is the Motherboard ASRock H97 Pro4 good?
  2. So what i have so far: CPU - Intel Core i5 4670K (3.4GHz) Socket 1150. Or - Intel Core i5 4690 (3.5GHz) Socket 1150 PSU - XFX Pro 550W Core Edition RAM - Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 4GB DDR3 1866MHz MB - ?? Whats the best mb for each cpu? My total is arround 310
  3. The pc is mostly for gamming, when i upgrade the gpu lets say to a r9 270x can the psu handle it?
  4. I am asking for some insight as how far can we get with 400
  5. Well ill just go with the RMA, since i didnt OC the card, its with the default clocks.
  6. So i deactivated the graphics overdrive in the catalyst. Been checking the temp and went arround -/+62
  7. Im using the factory settings.
  8. Its only after some game time. And its not overclocked, just the factory boost.
  9. tryed diferent drivers beta and non-beta. right now i have the 14.4. i had the 14.6 and the 14.7
  10. Hello cummunity, So i bought recently an AMD Gigabyte R9 280x and im having some problems when playing certain games like Watch Dogs, Skyrim with realvision enb, or even cs go (so far these are the games that i experienced the problem with) The problem is that sometimes I crash to desktop and i get a notification saying that the gfx controller had an error, other simply the screen goes black and the pc reboots or the screen goes stupid (has some black and dark grey bars - going to put a screen in the attach) and the pc freezes. I have a Corsair 600W PSU is that the cause? not enought power? Any thoughts?
  11. PLOT TWIST So I've been talking to him and he will need some quind of a hibrid (working and gamming). From the description he gave me about his working program, its a CAD like analysis software for his university projects, a high CPU load program. So i don't know if i'll go to a i5 or i7 :-S About the overkill choices he wants something to last, at least 5 years.
  12. ok, so the remake: INTEL CORE i5 4670K (3.4GHZ) SKT 1150 216,80
  13. 1: http://www.globaldata.pt/index.aspx - I'm in Portugal btw 2: 3: http://www.globaldata.pt/pt-PT/cg/72286/DDR3_72286.htm 4: the PSU is 79.70
  14. So im building a new rig for friend of mine he has a nice budget to spend, something arround 1200
  15. Well to be honest I was aiming to 400€ for the MB, CPU and RAM, witch was: CPU: i5 2500k (202€) MB: Asus p8z68-v (155€) RAM: Corsair 8Gb DDR3 1600Mhz (40€) TOTAL: 397€ And then a couple of months later or so, I would buy the PSU and GPU, but I guess I'll have to save a bit more and buy a decent PSU. Was thinking for a Corsair GS-600W (70€)
