A different kind of contest @ OCC 2013

Bosco

Recommended Posts

Alright guys, I am going to do something completely different and off the wall.

Anyone who posts in this thread with their system specs and their country they reside in will be entered into the contest.

Your post will look something like this:

Intel 2600K @ 4.8
Asus P8P67 WS Revolution
16GB of Corsair Vengeance
NVIDIA GTX 690
Corsair Force 3 GT 240GB SSD
Corsair 600T
H100 Cooling
Corsair AX1200 PSU
3 X 24" LCD's in Surround
Corsair SP2500 Speakers

Country Canada

Thats all you have to do.

How does the contest work? Well its simply, every once in a while a winner will be randomly be picked. I will look at the winners specs and decide what part I think they need to make their system better. If I have it I will send it if not I will contact a company to see if they will donate it. Once I have confirmed they are on board the winner will be contacted for a shipping address and I will then post the winner.

You are allowed to edit your post if your specs change during the contest, but do not create a second post. I have pulled the logs for your current specs that are listed on the forums, if you try and cheat by lowering your specs you are out of the contest so don't do it.

There is no rule stating that 5 winners in a row couldn't get video cards or HDD's or whatever if will just depend on what your specs show.

As companies donate prizes they will be added to this post and they will also be thanked in the winners announcement post as well.

There is going to be no set frequency that this will happen, but expect at least once a month, expect for the first draw in the next week. If you are a winner you will be in Ineligible to win another prize from this contest for a period of 3 months but leave your post up. If you win something during this contest, don't worry you can still enter our annual Christmas Contest :)

Everyone can play except Reviewers and Staff Members from other websites.

All comments and questions go in this thread:

OMG, that GTX 690! I think that's the only thing I'd be eligible for, lol (Quad SLI would be beastly, though it might trip my breaker). The real question is, Bosco, what your new main computer is going to look like. :P

Damn, now I know why your avatar is "Muchoman"
