XFX Radeon HD 6870 Black Edition Review

I'm looking at either the XFX 6870 dual-fan and the XFX 6870 Black Edition dual-fan video cards. There is a big enough difference in price right now to consider the question. Can I overclock the 6870 dual-fan around the same numbers as the 6870 Black dual-fan ? Does the Black Edition have something special that enables it to overclock a little bit higher ?
