i just started doing this too, and i got a ton of great advice from the faq's on the main page. try that. i used a program called CPUFSB and raised my puny celeron from 733 to 906.5mhz and the fsb to 124mhz. all this on a trigem cognac motherboard. very oc'ing unfriendly. hang in there. there are good people here. i have received some great advice. happy oc'ing!

just wanted to say thanks for all the advice. i have had some success with a program called cpufsb, which has so far resulted in a minor increase to 905.6mhz testing and increasing as heat allows. lol -

unfortunately, it is in an hp pavilion. i have worked all the bugs out of it and love it now. guess i'll just have to change the mb and chip. if that's possible. lol -
