Nvidia says MINIMUM POWER SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS Minimum 550W or greater system power supply, with a 12V current rating of 40A. I think the problem is the PS. You need a better one. I reach 3.8GHz with 1.45V almost stable (2 or 3 hours of prime) 100% stable only @ 3.7Ghz (C2) with CCF-120. Not bad your overclok.

This is my first ECS motherboard I'm very happy for her, decent overclock, all the connections I need for my HTPC, glad to see that the manufacturer is putting more effort into their products. With the 785GM-M my GSkill Ripjaws 1600MHz (red) work perfectly, which did not happen with the GB790GPT-UD3H, gskill forums are full of complaints of this combination and gives no solution, but no problem with the ECS.

About 45 seconds, after Ccleaner and disable some programs at start (steam, ventrilo, MS security essentials, messeger) 25 seconds.

Change the FSB of your CPU from 200 to 266 using unlinked mode to keep your memory a normal frec. Will earn a performance boost quick and easy.

Good result to start. My 555 does not reach 3.7Ghz unlocked (3.6ghz max stable). I had better luck with my 720 unlocked runs at 4GHz without problems.
