So I figured I would start a thread about PCMARK7 I will update when I can.

Post a link to the score and what you used to get it, also use the standard settings so everyone can add there score. Also I would like for the score to have your user name incorporated in the the score page. It only takes a few seconds to create an ORB account and click "submit"

Ok first...Hi all, new to this site!

 

Second, long time builder and just completed the first upgrade in 4 years and my first Liquid cooled ( if you can count an H60 :P )

 

So got the first Ivy 3770k @ Frye's and went nuts picking out parts from there..but the cherry on the sundae was the Galaxy GTX 680 that just arrived today!

 

So first ASUS AutoOC complete pushes it to 4.2GHZ and I Have yet to manually do anything to the ram or GPU and I get a....

I looked at your score and for some reason the cpu is only running on 2 cores, which would account for the low score, you should check that out.

 

That might be the problem I'm having with 3DMark 11 as well. Can you tell me how to properly check the cores test them please?

 

I'll look into it myself as far as I can but I'm not to savvy with things like that.

I'm, good with "If it doesn't work, use a spanner first, then the hammer! Or just lubricate it!"

 

Not here! I'll make another thread in the CPU area.

If I get a 6000 on one box and a 3000 on another can you say one is basically twice as fast as another?

Do the PcMark 7 numbers correspond back to a base percentage of speed comparison?
