For smaller you could do a finger or toe. haha Well I like the look of it on the forearm, I was just thinking of having less of it showing. Remove the top portion and make the torn flesh on the bottom smaller and thus make the 'wound' smaller. Though yeah, perhaps not a toe, but maybe the top of my hand would be a sweet place to start instead of my forearm?
