Why then, did it say you could use one GTX 580 for 2D surround, but then change to only the 590 the minute it was released? Seems like Nvidia is only allowing their top card be used to run 2D surround? So does that mean when the 590 is second on the totem pole, it will not support 2D surround???

Which is better? Easier? ... Looking at the requirements for 2D surround, it seems like they only allow the top end single card to run it or a SLI setup of a lower card... am I missing something?
