Updated BIOS

Recommended Posts

I just updated the BIOS on MoBo and it is running a little slower and no overclocks allowed.

Is there any way to revert to the old BIOS?

Go manufacture website as where you got your newest bios and download an older one that you believe. Then do it again.

Good luck.  One time after updating bios, my mobo wouldnt recongize the original HDD unless I go back to older bios or reinstall the program.

Edit: If your mobo came with dual bios's, boot up your system into the second bios and do a back up on second bios. Then flash it to the first one whichever you consider as your main.

Only one BIOS chip.

The EZ flash says the old BIOS is out of date and wont let me use it.

There are two other methods of flashing for this mobo so I have to try them.

Not holding out any hope though.
