SpikeSoprano Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Snap! Double post I do apologise! (When I first clicked post my PC didn't seem to acknowledge it or do anything so I clicked it again.) @ Paul, when this happens to me I find after I click post if it hangs just refresh the page and it uploads the post, saves on double posts.

wevsspot Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Sounds like a solid plan. That is probably your best productivity option. Not sure what your budget is, but here are a few boards you might consider; Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128514 Biostar TA990FXE http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138341 Asus M5A97 R2.0 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131873 However, I did note that your current board is mATX form factor. Is the mini form factor an absolute necessity?
MadMan_Tom Posted April 24, 2013 Posted April 24, 2013 I wouldn't of thought so, inside it has some more motherboard holes below it , so it should be able to fit the next size up
wevsspot Posted April 24, 2013 Posted April 24, 2013 Cool, that opens up your options quite a bit. Full ATX boards will generally be just a bit more expensive, but you'll have a wider range of options to choose from now. Not to mention more motherboard real estate to play with
