Not that I'm bad with it, it's just a situation comes up where I say, "If I was using a mouse and keyboard, I would have gone 16 and 0 instead of 14 and 2." Sports games I would use a controller, but I only play against friends or family. Wouldn't work on a tablet with 2 people. I loved playing old-school RPG's and Action RPG's with Gameboy's back in the day. It's probably all I'd play with it. As far as touch goes, I mostly hate screen-touching games. I could play those games on my phone or any other tablet. I just can't see anyone really buying this except for people with money to spare. $300 or $400, with however much a controller and game would cost (say another $120), you could buy a GTX 980, GTX 970, a new monitor, or an Xbox One, or PS4, which can do a lot more besides from being portable. Personally i wouldn't buy it because i like the bigger screen more and if i want to play portable, i'd get a handheld instead. I just cannot see the market of this tbh, if you have a nice gaming pc, why in the world do you want to game on a smaller screen? Yeah, if you're looking to replace a laptop, a Win8.1 hybrid is certainly the way to go, but you're talking about 3-4x the price of a "regular" Android tablet like the SHIELD, so you really need to want it as a laptop replacement too and not just as a tablet. First, I'd just like to say that the SHIELD Tablet has Bluetooth KBM support, but I don't own any so I can't speak to their reliability. As for your final comment, you clearly don't understand the tablet market. $300-400 is typical for a powerful tablet. Comparing a tablet to a console or new GPU or what have you is kind of silly. It's fine if you're not in the market for one, but it's naive to say nobody would be interested. The tablet market is booming and expected to surpass the laptop market next year. You must never travel or commute if you don't think people play games on tablets all the time. I'm honestly shocked sometimes at the age of people I see on the train playing a game on a tablet. But you don't buy a tablet just to game, that's simply one of many usage scenarios. Yes, if all you want to do is game, a handheld is better, but as much as I love my Vita, I'd choose watching TV episodes and movies on my tablet over the Vita any day. And as for the SHIELD Portable, as I said in my review, the Tablet is superior to it in every way for every non-gaming task you can think of. El_Capitan Posted October 30, 2014 Posted October 30, 2014 It's not enough to replace my outdated 2+ years Dell Inspiron. I can't do my work on it or browse on multiple web pages at the same time. It won't replace my smartphone. It won't replace my consoles, which I rarely use, anyway. It won't replace any of my computers, or even be worthwhile as a compliment. It could replace my tablet that I rarely use, which is a Nook HD+ I got for $85. I just take it with me when travelling on planes, or long car trips. It has a gyro, which my smartphone doesn't have, and saves my smartphone battery since I don't have to use my smartphone for gaming. For $300 or $400 though? Nope. It could replace my DS Lite that I rarely use. But then again, for $300 or $400? Nope. I honestly can't think of any reason to buy it. If it was $125 or $250, I'd buy it to just try it out and give my tablet as a hand-me-down to one of my relatives or friends.
