ok, i disabled the second core, and everythings fine, so HA!
-
yes it is a new rig, i have all my drivers and all that, and my latency stays at 48, but if i'm having a lan game, its SUPER fast.
-
CS is too fast in LAN mode also, and Para fires like MP5

CPU: 1xAMD X2 4400+(Dual core processor) 2x512mb OCZ Premier Series DDR 400 RAM SATA Western Digital hard drive w/16mb buffer Gigabyte K8N Super 9 (8x SATA ports, Dual Channel RAM, PCI-Express ATI X800 XL 256mb GDDR3 (PCI-EXpress) My problem is my computer is too fast to play online for CS, my latency stays at 48 normally, but whenever i play, i go super fast then lag then super fast, it feels like a speed bot. when i shoot, it goes way way way too fast, then i slow down. like i have to wait for the server to catch up. Is there a way i could put a cap on how fast it goes. When i play by myself.. not online its like 3x faster than on my old computer and no lag at all or anything. what should i do

kk i'll switch the fans QUESTION?? :::: which is better arctic silver 5 or ceramique?????
-
yes, it is a square, and i again, i have 2 intake fans in the back, and 2 exhaust at the bottom of the case, it's about 25*C in my room or something like that, i'll lap it tonight when i get some sand paper and ill try to find as5,
-
The heat sink BURNS AS HELL, and, well the whole case is warm evene the plexi glass, but just the air inside it is hot, maybe it's cuz i'm on the fourth floor and the dang A?C never gets up here
-
what are u worriing about my computer runs at 72-79C, and it works fine
-
it never crashed, only if i manually change the speed ( i'm using temp. senser right now, so it's fine, but it's soo loud
-
ya i've had my computer for a year or something now, and my Volcano 9 '' Smart and Silent( Ya right!!)'' is really loud, when i used the manual switch, my computer just shuts down cuz of the overheat, and when i used the temperature sensor it's always at top rpm, i think it might even exceeds the max rpm, it runs at 5400 and it's ''max'' is 4800RPM, i got 2 intake fans for my casse, and 2 exhaust fans, i bought a ThermalTake Ducting Kit ( looks awesome but doesn't effect temp ) and the cpu gets really hot, it stays at aboout 72 - 79 Celcius, i've had it at 59 Celcius with the side open and a portable fan right against the case, what should i do>>??? Lap it? use some different thermal paste ( using origional pad that V9 came with) oh ya the CPU is XP 2000 so what should i do to lower the noise
