Decent overclock Numbers?

Been working on a project build for a co-worker. Decided to go with the i5 3570k on this one. So far I'm sitting comfortable at 4.5ghz @ 1.23v and max load temps are barely touching 63c via 3Dmark11, P95 and AIDA64. 63c max after 5 hours on only 1.23v seems like I got some headroom left? is this good/bad so far for this chip?

How long of a lifespan will she see if I leave it at 1.23v on a 24/7 OC via Fixed voltage. She wont be turning PC off, just random reboots here and there. Cooler is a Xigamatek Dark Knight II Night Hawk Edition  (Cooler is amazing, only 2 degrees off from my H100)

Here are the specs: (some ppl might want to know)

Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced

Rosewill Capstone 80+ Gold 650 Watt

You should be good. So long as the voltage is well below manufacture specification and the heat is kept very low you shouldnt have an issue getting a good time span out of the chip. You can never tell or put a number on longivity but i would run speed step and c states so you can get the throttle down features and allow tue chip to sleep. This.woild help its.life.span.
