all in all a little over the top but I think it comes in a just over $800 including shipping

Can that Noctua passively cool the CPU better than the stock can with fan? The only reason to get an aftermarket CPU cooler for this build is if you can get a silent heatsink since the SB i3 won't get that hot even with HT on.

Not if the pc is going in an enclosed space.

 

@OP: Just to let you know, this build would be so much easier if you were willing to use a very small tower and leave it outside of the cabinet. If you wouldn't mind considering it, this build could be a bit cheaper.

Those Noctua Fans are dead silent so no worries.
