Raffle software added to website

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to find software or some kind of "add-on" for my website that I can use for drawing monthly prizes for by just having the person enter their name.

 

Sorry if this is the wrong place to write this.

 

All help would be greatly appreciated as I've been pulling out my hair finding something like this
