SMeeD Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 the IBM color laser we had however was the biggest pile of crap I've ever seen. I think we had the same printer... Screw that POS, nothing but trouble and terrible "jams". The thing would say a jam was in one place, but it was really the feeder sucking things in wrong. d3bruts1d Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 I cannot stand Oki printers. On the ones we have at work, you have to remove something like 100 screws just to replace the power unit. We've also had bad luck with the high capacity HP printers. We've started ordering our printers from Dell, and so far they have been very nice.
