d6bmg Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 (edited) See the bidding history: http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBids&_trksid=p2047675.l2565&rt=nc&item=121096253149 I sense a false bidding between 30-89K. And, It really saddens me to see reviewers who get ES in their hands violating the T&C of between them & the company by selling the sample - only to get some quick bucks. It happened many times in the past and it's still happening. Those who violates he T&C should be blacklisted by the company, no matter how good they are.Just my thoughts. WarWeeny Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 lol for that money you could easely buy 90 of them when they are released. dont see the reason why anyone would pay that amount for a card that comes out in a month or so :/

Ah, there are many people who will buy one card some day before the release just to show off his e-peen, regardless of the price. But my point was not that, but the mindset of the reviewer who sold it.

WarWeeny Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 but what is the difference between this 7990 and the one already released? (devil 7990)
freddie Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 but what is the difference between this 7990 and the one already released? (devil 7990) The devil 7990 is not "official", Powercolor just put 2 7970s together and called it a 7990. Same thing with the ASUS 7990 Ares II.
