  1. my favorite is the H100 ... I fell in love with it when I first saw it , but now that I own one, my goodness is really awesome it's supposed to be noisy but it's not at all , I can't even heard the thing inside my case and my temps are better than ever, I have been tempted by the force gt ssd series in the past though, but nothing like the H100...
  2. check out the thermalright shaman I'd love it... http://www.thermalright.com/products/?act=data&id=164&cat_id=30
  3. if you're planning sly/crossfire I wouldn't buy that PSU but for single configuration is good. Check out the new amd architecture coming you may want to wait for it.
  4. what about the row refresh cycle time should I leave it in 74 or put it down ???
  5. hey guys, I notice my ram was running cl9-9-9-24 and the box said cl7-7-7-18 so I changed it from the BIOS, now is 7-7-7-18 but there was a lot more settings I didn't change because I didn't know how to, any help would be appreciated... ooh I almost forgot should I test it with prime 95 for stability ?? or with what ??...
  6. I actually fixed and old one with a depilation tong from my mother ... LoL it's got to be the flat ones though
  7. too much like cod from my point of view it would be better a single player demo than a mp...
  8. definitely apple but linux guys can be annoying too, demanding you to use a free OS instead of your crappy windows that supposedly blow up every second ...
  9. coolermaster 690 II advance + I7 920 + asus rampage II gene + WD caviar black 1tb 64mb + 40GB 2.5" Force Series 285mb/275mb Box + thermalright silver arrow + 3x2 gskill 1600mhz 7-7-7-18 + XFX Pro Series Core Edition Power Supply 750w + evga gtx460 superclocked + samsung nw206 20" monitor + Logitech Wireless Solar Keyboard K750 + genius xscroll mouse (and damn proud of it). that's all folks!!!.
  10. does the thermalright Silver Arrow fits in a CM 690 II advanced ?? I'm thinking of buying these but I don't know if it fits...
  11. http://www.corsair.com/hydro-series-h60.html am I the only one excited about the H60 ?? maybe there will be a review in a couples of weeks ?? I heard it may be better than the H70 or so they say in CES ... this one looks pretty good too... http://www.coolitsystems.com/index.php/en/products/cpu-coolers/232-eco-iic.html
  12. If you won't sli I recommend you take a look at the m-atx boards you can get good ones for 65$ in newegg, and games are starting to ask for 4gb of ram in the recommended settings(win 7) so you better get 4 gigs or more.
  13. I'been asking myself that question lately and the best answer I found was, "if you're gonna overclock get the best ram you can but if you won't, get something like 1333mhz 9-9-9-24 from a good manufacturer like kingston corsair or ocz it's cheap and you can't see the difference" I don't see a difference running my 1333mhz on lower frequencys, even playing the heaviest games you can't see a difference, at least I can't let me know if you can.
  14. I would ask for naughty stuff in exchange for my help, I wouldn't help her too much anyway she has to learn something LoL, make it clear that you won't do the work for her just give her the push that she needs... I've done that in the past and work pretty well for me.(she ask me to do her college work)
