  1. Ordered the eVGA 7800gs agp. We'll see what it's like when it arrives, hope it doesn't bottleneck with my cpu.
  2. Do you think I should go with: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16814150174 Or just get a socket 754 pci-e board and a pci-e card?
  3. Just got STALKER, all hyped up to play it. Install it all, etc. Go to play it, extremely choppy, so i'm thinking, wow, demanding game, but I turn it all the way down and it's still choppy, not only that, getting artifacts and stretched textures. I've always had problems with this dang card. Artifacts in nearly every game. So now that I have $230 to spend, although I do not want to spend all of it since my thriving hobby is airsoft and that's consuming a chunk of myself right now, lol. I'm torn between: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16814161064 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16814130274 I'm a little behind on the business. Are these cards equivalent? I know eVGA has a lifetime warranty, but they haven't served me well in the 6800. I wanted to finally try out the ATI series now. Not sure of HIS but the heatsink seems nice. Thanks, input appreciated.
  4. First off, never done business here, but I have been here for awhile. Have to start somewhere.. [edited by moderator] All prices are +shipping. Email me at [email protected] if you have questions, I have paypal.
  5. A tigerdirect deal finally without a rebate http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/se...p;CMP=ILC-FPM05 Never heard of I-Inc, but its still a widescreen 19 inch.
  6. I thought the swat series were pretty fun on lan

You may review Newegg.com's warranty guidelines or contact us if you have any questions. CPU AMD 64 |3000+ ATHLON 64 RT - Retail $125.00 I guess not...
  8. Over time my cpu temps increased like 8 celcius.. so I decided it was time for cleaning .. I took it out and dusted the entire thing.. plug it back in ... with my asus board it tells me "System failed CPU test".. so I found out it was my cpu that was dead, right? Well evidently not.. I bought a new cpu.. and still the same thing, so now I'm betting its the Mobo, b4 I do a 10 day RMA on it.. anything I can try? AMD 64 3000 K8V SE DX 1.5gb pc3200 512x3 AGP 6800 200 gigs hd
  9. my friend who helped me build it has it atm, his hd failed him after he tried to reformat. so he has to buy another. But uhm ya, I dont think it has a temp sensor, i have one somewhere tho, either that or a thermomenter(sp)
  10. Now has been upgraded to 512mb pc133
  11. So, I talked about building a computer in a shoebox on the radio, never really done it, but today my friend and I we're bored, so we decided to get started. 1.2 Ghz Celeron 384MB PC133 Geforce 4MX 4000 30GB HD LED Fan/Cold Cathode and a Van's shoebox Just a retarded fun thing to do.
  12. Well you do notice , that it will be a couple years. I dont think i can last with a fx5200 for that long.
  13. the 6800gt is a money sucker because I still need other nescessities for my pc. Also don't wanna go too high when i was goin to goto pci-e and then feel bad because i went with a expensive agp card. Then go out and buy another expensive pci-e cardx2 edit: also because i have to get a sli board and a socket 939 proc. Atleast save me a hundred
  14. Ok, i currently have $210 (im 14 and i mow lawns) I make about $20-40 each week. And i need a upgrade from my fx5200 and my dead 9600xt. I was pondering between one of the x800 series , the 6800 , or the 6800gt. I probably won't wanna go with the x800, but if anyone can prove me wrong with any benchmarks. The reason why I don't really wanna go with the 6800gt , is because its a money sucker. Plus later on I plan on going SLI and dont wanna waste a chunck of money. With the 6800, you can unlock pipelines, and shader. Get the same effects as a 6800gt but slower speed, this can be overclocked. Mostly the reason I dont wanna get a large sum of cash card is because i need for acessories for my case. Mousepad, 2 cold cathodes, new fans. New cpu cooler. So please. any input, maybe bad experiences with the other. Thank you.
  15. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16835186110 not a revision i guess.
