Failing slots

my folding slots have been failing at random, sometimes it would run 5 wu's no problem sometimes it wont finish one, i thought it was the gpu (8800gt), so i replaced it with two gtx 275's, well they are doing the same thing, i asked a friend and he suspects my motherboard and sugested a bios flash, still does it, i threw in a 5500 series amd card i folded in a dell for a long time before, its failing.

 

 

 

I put my 8800gt in my dell folding machine and its fine its been running for a couple days now 

 

is my friend right is it my mobo causing instabilities or is it the v7 client i dont know

I'm not sure what would cause it with just one gpu, but i know that if you have two clients trying to fold on the same core it will do that. eg make sure one is gpu_ 0 and the other is gpu_1.

Yeah, me too. Thats why im still using v6. It just works, no confusing setup, no cluttered gui. Sorry i can't help you more.
