build for 2012 Biostar TA990FXE

new part i got BioStar TA990FXE , Gskill Sniper DDR3 1866 2x4GB , 750w SeaSonic 80gold and the older parts i pulled 2GEN laptop WD black 320gb 16mb , XFX 9800GTX and Creative labs Xfi

 

now my problem Loads up windows 7 64bit installation at 87% it lock up then i whent to Bios and put force gen2 in sata and finished install then when i was talking to my friend in skype it locks up again then i go back to bios menu i click on Onchip sata setting from native ide to legacy IDE on that it seems to be fine im asking cus idk what my Mobo dont like 1 of my hardware and the drivers for catalyst it lock up again so i reinstall win 7 so i need help make sure im not over looking something any reply is welcome i just need a rock solid setting list from a identical rig with proper settings Thx

 

 

 

I won a AMD Phenon2 X4 965BE AM3 2yr ago from a website KarmaBack i hadnt got to money till now

I would say to get into windows and update the BIOS. Then you should take everything out of your computer rebuild it and clear the CMOS. When everything is put back together and you have a cleared CMOS, it should be the equivalent of cleansing the system of any anomalies. Run the drive in normal IDE mode and reinstall windows. Hopefully that will fix the issue.

ty just ATM going to tuff times after my brother in law passed away in 2009 and my sister just got a job i been doing 2 jobs Home PC repair and yard work at SVS my home bis not doing well no1 comes and what made it worst they added a water meter bills affecting my shipping cost to little as 2$ so unable ship boards as daily thing to customers

just the board and gonna rap the retail box in thick paper to lower the cost as well when i do send it im finish it sell it and buy new set biased on the ECS 990FX this dude just asking for 35$ for the ECS i had 1 customer 2day she gonna come in 10min to pay me 20$ for a simple fix on a laptop
