Waco Posted December 5, 2013 Posted December 5, 2013 Pretty much any of them aside from the Rosewill. I'd lean towards either of the SeaSonics and then the Corsair, personally.Modern Rosewill PSUs are quite good from what I've seen in the past year. Would you trust one over a SeaSonic? @Anthony, the SS-750 is a solid choice. It'll last you for quite some time and will easily handle whatever future upgrades/systems you want. ir_cow Posted December 5, 2013 Posted December 5, 2013 I would only trust a Rosewill PSU if JonnyGuru Approves it, otherwise no way in hell.
wevsspot Posted December 5, 2013 Posted December 5, 2013 Well, lets get this straight The Rosewill Capstone 750W that I recommended is an outstanding power supply. OEM is Superflower and yes it is a "jonnyGURU" recommended buy. Just because it carries a Rosewill (Newegg) branding, doesn't mean it's a bad power supply. And at $79.99 after MIR it's hard to overlook the price to quality ratio. If 750W is an overkill check the prices on other Capstone series units. Keep in mind that Seasonic in general is an excellent recommendation (and I said as much in a previous post). While Corsair TX, AX and HX series power supplies were (and are great units), I certainly wouldn't choose a Corsair CX series power supply over anything else that has already been discussed in previous posts (except for the Raidmax of course). najiro Posted December 7, 2013 Posted December 7, 2013 I thought rosewill was junk also? the rest are good brands Refer back to post #17 Good find. Superflower is a recommended brand based on JonnyGURU's reviews. Got the same thought with hornybluecow too. Personally I'd trust something that's more trusted, that would be Seasonic
