  1. i think i may go ahead and trade for the other sapphire... it would be nice to have two of the same cards in a cometic sense if there will be no real performance difference
  2. im not sure why the voltage is locked... i think it has something to do with not being a reference board... although to be completely honest i dont know how to tell wether it is or not... and as far as afterburner ive tryed... its greyed out and ive also tryed editing the config file but when i go to save it tells me that im denied.. is there another way id be able to up the voltage without editing bios? ive heard alot of guys screwing there cards and not getting anything but stock bios to work... heres the exact cards im working with http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=43_557_558&item_id=045304 http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=43_557_558&item_id=042024
  3. well the deal is i have both a xfx 6870 and a sapphire 6870... both 1 gb versions... now i have the chance to trade my xfx card for another identical sapphire card as i have already... now my question is what will the get better performance from... both xfx or both sapphire... with the xfx my voltage is locked at 1.17 and with the sapphire i can change it which is a plus... anyone else have some input for me
