For your top rad you'll have to put the pull fans under the top cover. And that area is set up for 200mm fans, so you'll have to get creative with mounting smaller fans. To mount the 240 in the front, you'll have to rip out the 2 hot-swap bays. Other than that you should be good.

there are tons of photos on google of HAF X water cooled.  From what I can tell you can put a 360 rad on top without a issue but maybe not a 80mm using push pull. kyfire is right you will have to put the fans under the top cover. If you have the money the Stacker would be a better choice without giving up anything.

Ok, pulled my trusty HAF X out and did some measurements.   Yup you should be able to squeeze a 360mm in the top, BUT even with fans on one side it's going to partly block your rear fan and will cover partly over your mobo  and be mighty close to your ram. In other words your choice of rads will be a very tight fit.

A 360X80mm rad in push, pull configuration will not fit in the top of a HAF X chassis,.. you would be into your motherboard.

The 932 is slightly larger than the X,.. and a 360X56mm rad works nice in push,.. push-pull would be tight.

You would be better off using a pedestal for mounting 80mm rad below chassis.

That's what I alluded to. in order for him to have push pull the pull fans would have to be placed under the top cove where CM puts the top 200mm fans. But even still with an 80mm rad and 25mm fan in push inside the case, it will still overlap the mobo.  With a thinner rad it might work but he'ds lose some cooling with the smaller thickness, In my HAF X i have a 240mm in push and it just barely clears the mobo.
