  1. So this holidays I'll be putting together a new computer and so far there is my list of components Case NZXT Phantom CPU Intel i7 2600K GPU MSI Lightning GTX580 RAM 8GB Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB DDR3 HDD SSD 120GB Force 3 Corsair Extra Fans Antec Bigboy 200mm, Front 140mm CPU Cooler Corsair H60 or a Thermaltake Contac 29 (anyone know if you can put the H60 fan on the top of the case instead of where the rear fan goes?) Main reason for the H60 is that I'm not sure if the Contac 29 would actually fit without having to remove the fans. Motherboard ??? MSI Z68A GD65G3 ASUS P8Z68-V Gigabyte Z68XP-UD4 I really have no idea about the motherboard, my knowledge is pretty limited I suppose my requirements would be PCI3 slots but apart from that.... Any help would be appreciated!
  2. Just ordered a graphics card, SSD and 2 fans off them, they seem to have alot more in stock than other places and cheaper most of the time.
  3. Nice site stonerboy, I'll have a look at them, plus I just found the Modding and Computer stores list http://forums.overclockersclub.com/index.php?showtopic=78708 my bad for missing that but I was just using mwave as a point of comparison between the PSUs. One good thing about Mwave is that you receive your order the next day if you order before the afternoon. Just got my Phantom case
  4. Thanks TN, that was helpful as the corsair is 100% modular. Capitan, unfortunately newegg does not ship outside the US and I'm in Australia but cheers for the tip.
  5. Hi Guys I'm building a new comp and narrowed my PSU choice down to antec and corsair Corsair AX 750W $215 Antex High Current Pro 850W $209 (mwave prices) Does anyone know what it is about the Corsair that might be better than the Antec? It's 100W less but almost the same price, I doubt I'll be using 850W anytime soon but still would the corsair have the beter performance?
