Braegnok Posted December 7, 2013 Posted December 7, 2013 (edited) It's basically a fan speed controller, that turns your PH-F140 fans into PWM controlled fans,.. from 900 RPM @ 41.7 dB up to 1200 RPM @ 49.2 dB.
