How many cups of coffee do you drink?

Hello, on this weeks OCC Poll we want to hear from the coffee drinkers on the forums. The question this week is:

 

How many cups of coffe do you drink in a day?

A single cup when I first wake up, a mug during work, and one or two mugs over the course of getting home and sleeping.

 

So cup wise, maybe 6-8 a day, sometimes a lot more on the weekends.

None, I stay away from caffeine now after being addicted to energy drinks for ~2 years. Biggest waste of money ever, and I feel so much better now psychically and don't get cranky as often .

 

First week or so was rough - caffeine is actually one of the most addictive substances people are exposed to, even more so then nicotine for some.

 As much as my thermax holds, about 3 cups, sometimes I make a fourth Keurig. I use a French Press and the old lady and I decided last year to use a scoop of decaf and a scoop of regular beans in the grinder to cut back on our caffeine. Can't taste the dif and my heart will last longer (along with other organs)

Usually two in the morning, but sometimes more.

Depends. If its instant, 1-2. If we make a pot, i feel duty bound to finish it and not leave any to waste.... so 3-4.
