El_Capitan Posted April 3, 2012 Posted April 3, 2012 It's ok, but Vantage is a little outdated. 3DMark06 = DX9 3DMark Vantage = DX10 3DMark11 = DX11 Performance = 1280 x 720 resolution Extreme = 1920 x 1080 resolution Using an i5 2500K at 4.6GHz and a HD 7950 at1150MHz with a DirectX 10 benchmark at 1280 x 720 resolution is like an NBA player beating a 5th grade basketball team all by themselves. You gotta run a benchmark at a level where it's expected.

He did : http://3dmark.com/3dm11/3107143 P8919 Jdm's 3d Mark 11 score is impressive for a 7950 - P9115 1150/1600 http://forums.overclockersclub.com/index.php?showtopic=180388&st=744&p=2010265entry2010265 http://3dmark.com/3dm11/2989878;jsessionid=1ghjhosd3f0kz12hbnrq20b40q

Cracked the 9k GPU score while jdm just fell short however jdm was helped back up with hislarger physics score Edit: 4.6GHz 2500k vs nearly 4.8GHz 2600k black and gold saw has done well would be nice to see what his new OC can net him. Want to see if he can break 10k single card. Edited April 4, 2012 by Stonerboy779

Stonerboy779 Posted April 4, 2012 Posted April 4, 2012 Hwbot doesnt look at GPU scores only the overall score I do know this just looking at some of the interesting points to the scores it was natural that a higher clocked 2600k would beat a slightly lower clocked 2500k when they both has similarly overclocked GPUs.
