your build looks pretty good. would look at a corsair power supply they seem to be the best right now as most people say hx650 as it will be plenty for your build even with overclocking. should look into getting an ssd for your os. but they are the only to things i have to say about it. should be a nice build

yeah the 6990 is two 6970's on one card pretty much it is at stock lower clock but has the switch to clock it up two 880 same as the 6970 clock. and also it is in crossfire yes but u can add a second card if you really wanted to for a beast of a graphics machine. it is shown that the 6990 beats a 6970 crossfire setup. and a 650D is not a 600t they are to different model's the 650D is the baby version of the 800 and 700 D yes if it the 2tb are just for storage then speed should not be a problem they are more then fine as standalone not in a raid 0 array

that isnt a bad build but i just want to say psu is real over kill unless u change parts to this. i would change the ram to Corsair Vengeance 16GB $259 you can overclock them over 2000mhz and u save over $100 would change the graphics aswell go a Gigabyte Radeon HD6990 4GB $949 beats almost anything in crossfire / sli and would run 4x monitors with no problems at all and u can always go crossfire with it later on not like you would need to. change hhd's to Western Digital Caviar Black 2TB $199 no need to raid 2x1tb when its cheaper for a single drive which you could raid later and have more space not 4x1tb you can have 4x2tb will be cheaper yet more storage. if you just use the 2tb for storage could go western digital green's 2tb $99 there speeds are good i have one. case is your choice as said but corsair have a 650D coming out which is awesome and cheaper i think there is a pre order on pc case gear where all the prices are from.

i know just how that kid felt being picked on it happened to me at school and i was one of the biggest kids in the school but the little kids would pick on me and when i snapped all i will say is that kid in this video was lucky. me being 6ft 3 the kid i did that to had a long way to the ground. i find it so stupid he got suspended for defending himself, they should give him a medal for doing what most kids dont do.

i would run windows 7 ive run it on everything from old computers with 1ghz n 256mb ram and it runs fine just without the aero themes. im running it on a dell inspiron 1300 right now and it flys and i run office 07 on it.

OCZ Vertex 2 120GB (115GB with the new 25nm chips).......... FTW im using it in my desktop and the thing just flys and havent had any problems with it in the time i have been using it

well your decrease in performance is from the 1.1Ghz under clock and what Phenom II x2 are you using? i would be making sure you have seated the cpu and cpu cooler right and do u have thermal paste on ? you might not have enough. what are you using to check your temps?

you can format your D drive, normally windows 7 will take 100mb off your C drive to have system files. so your D should just be windows xp and your stored stuff. now if u format your hard drive and try do the restore function short answer no you wont get it back once you format it is gone for good unless u find a really go program that will bring stuff back there are some out there but would be fast just to burn to cd/dvd what u really want to keep.

ok i have a AMD Phenom II x6 1090T on a Gigabyte GA-890FXA-UD5 rev2.1 motherboard bios F6 and 4x4GB of Corsair Vengeance ram CL8 1600mhz 1.5v everything is 100% stock right now. my thing is i do not have a clue what settings to change at all i just need to know what settings to change in the bios. all help would be great

its out of the 3 places i buy from pc case gear - based in Melbourne, there cheap have a good range and post all over aus. mwave - based in sydney, there cheap great range of items and post all over aus. they also build custom pc's for you. and last but not lest msy, stores all over aus, not a bad range of items but there almost out of stock all the time. there are alot more computer stores but i find them to be the cheapest.

change ram go corsair vengeance ram 2x4Gb 1600mhz $135 from pccg and they can overclock up to over 2000mhz cpu cooler no way u need to spend that much go with a hyper 212+ $33 from pccg get an ssd for o/s and games get 80GB-120Gb get a vertex there the bes ive found. psu get a corsair HX-850 $218 from pccg ...

if your speed is showing stock in windows then make sure u have cool n quite off . 1090T overclock like champs

why stop there why not got 5THz on 300 cores with 1000 threads with 25watt TDP.
