CheeseMan42 Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 Looks very impressive. Maybe this sort of stuff will be affordable when upgrade time comes around again.
Andrewr05 Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 Frank, you should test what a 1080P movie looks like when displayed on a 4k screen. I regularly stretch ~480P resolutions across my 1080P monitor and it looks decent enough to watch, I'm wondering how it works with this new monitor. Black64 Posted September 26, 2013 Posted September 26, 2013 (edited) 1080P stuff looks terrible when stretched. But wow nearly 4K$ for 4K. If anyone whats a cheaper 4K soloution Get one of these And 2 of these Total cost is about $1120 and it looks great, I've been gaming with this setup for a bit now and I am happy with it. But don't expect to play Crysis or Farcry at 4K just yet. It would require around 4 way SLI with Titans from what I've heard.
