  1. Update: I got a new motherboard (Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe) and used Runtime's RAID Reconstructor to rebuild the RAID array (http://www.runtime.org/raid.htm) and it worked flawlessly. Backing up my files now. Thank you all for your input, it was greatly appreciated.
  2. REAL OCC food is cooked on a frying pan which is heated up by a processor. The processor is in place of a stove. Scrambled eggs anyone?
  3. Thanks. I will try my luck with a new motherboard, and if I lose the stuff I will be pissed off for about a week and then be over with it.
  4. Thanks for your replies. Sorry about not including the specs. AsRock 939Dual-SATA2 (yes I know ) AMD Athlon 64 3700+ 2GB Corsair ValueSelect PC3200 RAM XFX 7900GT 2x Western Digital Caviar S-ATA drives in the said RAID-0 array. Thanks for your help once again.
  5. Ok, my motherboard just died. Like, absolutely died and I cannot find a single place in this country where I can buy a replacement for it. I have 2 hard drives in a RAID-0 array, (stupid of me for doing so and not backing stuff up) I have very valuable files on there that I need. My question is, can I get a new motherboard and transfer my RAID hard drives over to it without reformatting them? If I have not made this post clear enough, please say so. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
  6. Is that... Andy McNab hosting the show? Wow, if only the Portuguese police were trained to actually do something useful.
  7. I second KB with the Crown Vic, you can get Crown Vic Police Interceptors off eBay Motors for nothing these days.
  8. Someone is getting a bit excited when he finds out there are extra meds around. ^^
  9. Be sure to knock yourself out with a bottle of whisky or vodka beforehand like a man. I had 2 pulled back in October... and it was no fun at all.
  10. Germany - they are German plates. ^^ Edit: After a closer look, the truck has Swiss plates from the Canton of Lucerne, but some of the other cars have German plates. My bad.

    BattleField 2141

BF2142 + Vista is a no-no. The game just simply won't run without crashing on it.
  12. My experience with Linksys was a bit worse: Note: the chat was long, so I just put in the important bits. Problem: lousy router. solution: bring back to store and refund. That is my first and last Linksys product that I will own, but their business line VPN router seems pretty nice.
  13. My rule: If they leave it unsecured, their connection is my connection. I even offered to secure my neighbor's after they had it unsecured, they refused and now I use their DSL line when my cable is down. Tough luck for refusing, my connection now.
  14. My old WRT54G did the same thing, until I upgraded the firmware. I hated that router anyway and returned it to the shop within 9 months and got the full refund on the router.
