New Cases ~$100

Are there any good cases ~$100. My Antec 300 is falling apart and the lack of cable management is annoying. so are there any good cases around $100 (preferably less). i havent looked at cases in a long time so i dont know whats out there.

 

 

is the Storm Scout a good one? i like the black interior and red lights. something different. im tired of blue LED's and what not.

I'd check locally, you can find some good new or used cases for cheap, and you don't have to pay shipping costs. The Storm Scout is nice, I have the Storm Sniper, it's just a better build quality than the Storm Scout, I believe. I got my Storm Sniper for $80, and my Antec 900 for $60.

The storm scout is a great case but a little small, have a look at the coolermaster 690 as well

I am surpirsed that the Three Hundred is "falling apart". I have had one since they released and it is still in use today and perfect. In fact I am about to srtip it down and use it for a mod project. As for the "lack" of cabale management this is incorrect, the cable management is there but requires a bit more effort. The inside of my case is quite clean of cables.

 

Be that as it may, looking on Newegg these are the good cases I have found for under $100

i have the case. had it for years. cable management is lacking. its not bad, but its not that great. ive put this case through a lot so its just getting banged up. basically just aesthetic stuff and the side panel is all bent. its for christmas so its not a necessity, just something i want.

friend of mine had the 690, hated it. i dont like the looks of it either.

 

any other suggestions? what about the Antec Nine Hundred Two? doesnt look to have as good cable management as the storm scout, but its a little bigger. Size doesnt really matter as long as my 5850 fits in there fine.

 

what about the NZXT Phantom i dont know anything about the brand or model. any good? looks kinda cool, its different.

 

any other case suggestions?

nzxt phantom looks great, has an intergrated fan controller, good airflow.

Cable management can always be had with a dremel Also I snagged a Storm Scout on Newegg bout a week and a half ago for $60! But, looks like its back to $70 after a MIR now. I have always been an Antec guy, but I do like the Storm Scout!

I really like my LianLi Lancool K62 - a sweet case for the price. Fit finish are average, but other than that it's well thought out. Plenty of room, good cable management and lots of opportunity for customizing.

I love my scout, but it is a little small. But as long as you dont plan on putting some crazy long graphics card in it like a 5870, youll be fine.

5850 fine? hell i might want to try a little harder for the Sniper then i guess
