Not using anything to Overclock. I'm not over clocking

I will get that minidump file asap. The computer has not been overclocked in anyway. everything is running at stock. even the gpu is. it seems to be working fine now. I had this computer for about 5 months and it worked fine then i got the bluescreen. thanks

I am just wondering why my cpu has failed running the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool after playing LoL on high settings. I ran the test because while i was typing it was lagging and took a couple of seconds for my words to show up on the screen. Temps are 40C. But then today i ran the test after turning on the computer and it passed. The computer was built not more than a couple months ago. I havent updated the bios yet. It is still v1.1. I will update the bios to 1.4 and see if that fixes the issue. I will upload a pic of the fail. Here are my specs: Win 7Ultimate 64bit 4.0

Hi guys, I am having issues with blue screens during about 3 hours into gameplay with World of Warcraft which is the only game i play on high settings (1600x900 wide). But today i was playing for 30 minutes and it happened. I should also add that even if the power switch on the psu is turned off, I still get the noise... Maybe it's the power cable..... Arghhh

I just built a new system with all new parts. I plugged in the psu and am hearing a high pitch noise from it. Very annoying. Not that loud just enough to bother u. So i though maybe the psu is faulty and ordered another one but the new psu is giving me a high pitch noise, i am wondering if it is not grounded properly or if the board is not set right, not sure.. All info would be great.

I live in Korea and in my building there are about 36 units all of which are English teachers. I suspect there would be anywhere between 5-10 people accessing my computer at any given time. What I'd like to do since its very hard for foreigners in Korea to get english programming.. i.e. movies, tv shows would be to set up a streaming network using xmbc (for each person) where they can connect to my computer . I already have about 30 people willing to offer me 25.00 a month (750.00) to have access to my library of movies and weekly tv shows, i thought this might help pay for the equipment costs. Since everyone has agreed to pay in advance for 6 months, I would have about 4 - 5000.00 to spend on equipment. Would this be enough money to build such a set up? I would prefer to stream HD (mkv) content although that is not a requirement. It would be great if I could just run a hub through the buildings cat5 cables but this is NOT an option. So I was thinking about going wireless but using a high end router and a few extenders. This is a rather small building in terms of size. Its a narrow building with 4 units on each floor which is 10 stories high. I am really not sure how to go about this. I can't use the universities internal network because the IT guys would not allow it.. so this is something I am going to have to do on my own. I currently live on the 2nd floor and the buildings structure is concrete and so are the walls inside each room.. although each room is a studio size apartment.. very small actually. Anyway, all info as to how i would do this is greatly appreciated.

Hi all, I am baffled and confused at the same time.. I am using the newest version of Utorrent and my isp is through my university. My upload speeds on pirate bay for example are extremely fast sometimes over 5 megs/second but on my private torrent sites my speeds are really slow.. any idea how i can increase my upload speeds on my private torrent sites? thanks.. all help is appreciated.. i need to get my ratio up..

Got a problem here: Every 3-6 months my computer hangs in the bios and wants me to reset the time and date. I have replaced the battery a few times already but every now and then it stops at the post and request i change the date and time. Anyone know whats causing this? Possibly a currupt bios firm.. no idea.

Ah yes.. forgot about that. I do have an external sata drive. I'll connect that to my old intel p4 computer and see what comes of it. Thanks.

The only drive that was connected during install was my SSD and then i slowly added my other drives.. only the 1.5T WD drive gave me the problem. any fix for this issue? Its full of xbox 360 backup.. i'd hate to lose all those games

Hi everyone, I am having an issue with one of my WD 1.5T Caviar green hard drive. A few months ago I loaded the drive with data, approx 90% full. Anyway , recently I rebuilt my computer and recconnected all my drives. Windows wants to format the drive as if I were putting in a brand new drive. Why does windows 7 recognizing it as a new drive? The old OS was Win Vista and it worked fine. Since the upgrade to win7 it sees it as a new drive. I tried changing sata ports but no luck. And I also used Get Back Data software to try and recover it but again no luck. What to do??? Help... I used R-STUDIO, a data recovery app. here are the features to this app that i found great!!
