SenitaL Posted May 4, 2010 Posted May 4, 2010 I Can't match that 1st run of the CPU running in quad core mode, tried everything but i cant figure out what i did to get that score to pass Anyhow heres my Submission for the Tri-Core single GPU catogory: How did i do? it took me 2 days of phaffing around with the Advanced clock calibration and LoadLine Calibration to Finally hit the Sweet Spot at 4ghz. This was somewhat predictable as I recently moved tri-cores in the same category as duals... Next time I overclock, I am going to disable three cores just to beat you. Speedway Posted May 7, 2010 Posted May 7, 2010 (edited) Ok, so I spent some time on both Vantage and 06 last night. the very 1st thing I see, I am not seeing the performance gains in 06 on my 5870 CF setup over my 5770 CF setup that I was expecting, but the differences on Vantage are HUGE! I will still be tweaking my setups due to being sooo cloose to the 30K mark on each Vantage and 06, but I was tired and had to call it a night! I have to believe though that I can find the extra couple of hundred points I need to break both 30K in 3dMark06!
