The money saved with this board could be easily invested in upgrading.

AMD hardware is awsome, AMD drivers arn't. AMD needs a more robust agile driver team.

It actually doesn't look bad at all, but it does seem a littlle cheesy that a $130 case that can take up to 9 different fans end up with 7 of them being optional.

GTX 560 Ti is best for gaming, on the other hand amd video cards has always drivers problems .

I think the dx11 integration may just end up as a failed experiment in this game.

I wonder how ivy bridge will perform against sandybridge. Which is out soon! The extreme sandybrdige chips are out almost 2 years later than westmere extreme chips. The perfomance gain is expected. I believe the 3d ivybridge will be a better bargain than these. Idont know if ivybridge extreme will be compatible with x79 mobo but P67 mobos will all for ivybridge upgrades making the 2600k chips a better deal from the getgo.

I check on Arctic site and it's fully compatible with gtx 580.

Fortunately, even their better products Cooler Master have competitors who offer the same (or better) performance for the same (or a lower) price, e.g. Xigmatek coolers.

I don't recommend waiting for the patch, as the game runs and looks just fine in DX9 mode. Yeah sure, the DX11 effects are nice, but they aren't that amazing that you should delay playing the game. So far, I'm very impressed with the visuals. Some parts of Arkham City remind me of the Samaritan demo, particularly the reflections seen on the pavement.

im fairly sure that the marketing guys down at Nvidia wanted to avoid calling it a 565 like the plague.....think back to the gtx 465......you really want to be the successor to that P O S ???
